The Artisan Chefs also includes his wife Lorraine, a culinary professional with many years of experience working across several continents. Together, they have passed down their joy of cooking through their family who all strive to use food to bring people together and connect us all with amazing meals created with love and their commitment to quality.

The cornish hen was delicious, but the surprise inside, stuffing, was the big hit, especially paired with the apricot sauce (which was gravy-like). One of the best stuffings I've ever tasted. - Designer
